SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping area
We deliver to Germany, the European Union (EU) and worldwide, insofar as available at checkout. If a destination country cannot currently be supplied, this will be indicated at checkout.
Shipping restrictions
We do not ship to countries or regions to which shipping is not possible or not reasonable due to legal requirements (e.g. sanctions/embargoes) or for logistical or security-related reasons. Whether delivery to your country is currently possible will be shown to you at checkout.

Processing time (production & shipping preparation)
We print your items after you place your order (DTF process) and then dispatch them.
Processing time is generally 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). In exceptional cases (e.g. launches, sales, high demand), processing time may be longer. -
Delivery times (estimated transit time after handover to the carrier)
Transit time depends on the destination country and the shipping provider. As a guideline:

Germany: approx. 2–5 business days

EU: approx. 3–10 business days

Worldwide (non-EU): approx. 7–21 business days
Important: For international shipments (non-EU), additional delays may occur due to customs clearance. All delivery times are non-binding estimates. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country, weight/volume and, where applicable, the shipping method.
You will always see the exact shipping costs at checkout before completing your order. -
Shipping providers & tracking
Depending on the destination country, we ship with a suitable shipping provider. Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after dispatch by email or via your customer account. -
Customs duties, import charges & taxes for international deliveries (non-EU)
For deliveries outside the EU, additional costs may arise (e.g. customs duties, import VAT, clearance or service fees). These costs are not charged by us and must be borne by the recipient. Please check with the competent authorities in your country before ordering. -
Delivery address & delivery
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional costs may arise (e.g. return shipment or reshipment). In this case, we will contact you. -
Partial deliveries
If your order contains multiple items, partial deliveries may occur in individual cases (e.g. due to different production/availability). This will not result in any additional shipping costs for you, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. -
Transport damage, incorrect item or missing items
Please inspect the delivery immediately upon receipt.
If an item arrives damaged, an incorrect item was delivered, or something is missing, please contact us promptly at dominik_vermehren@icloud.com (ideally with photos and your order number) so that we can find a solution quickly. -
Transfer of risk (brief)

Consumers (B2C): The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to you only upon delivery to you.

Entrepreneurs (B2B): The risk generally passes upon handover to the shipping provider, unless agreed otherwise.
